Graduate Development Programme

For those of you completing your degree course and looking for a fast track career within retail, we offer a Graduate Development Programme in the Newcastle, Brent Cross, Canterbury and Bentalls Kingston stores.

The aim of the scheme is to give an insight into the Company and the individual store, an understanding of a buyer's job, and expert training in how to manage people.

If you are enthusiastic about retailing and possess the personality and flair to become a buyer, we would like to hear from you. Download an application form and send to the store of your choice or complete and post to the relevant HR manager in the year you are due to graduate.
