Fenwick Account Card – How do I open a Fenwick Account?
To open a Fenwick Charge Card, visit Customers Services on the third floor to fill in the form. It will take approximately 2weeks to process your application.

Gift Cards – Where can I purchase Fenwick Gift Cards?
Fenwick gift cards can be purchased from Customer Services on the third floor. Gift cards are available in denominations of £1, £5, £10, £20 and £50.

Lost Property
If an item is found in store it will be passed on to Security for safe storage. Either call the main switchboard
020 7629 9161 and ask for Security/Lost Property or if in store ask a member of staff to contact Security regarding lost property.

Mail Order
The store offers a Mail Order service, please contact the relevant department directly. We deliver to anywhere in UK Mainland and overseas. Items are despatched Monday to Friday before 5pm, delivery charge is dependant on value, weight and destination. UK deliveries are despatched using Royal Mail ‘Guaranteed Next Day’ before 1pm service. Overseas are despatched using Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ service who guarantee delivery within 5 working days.

VAT Refund
Providing that you live outside the EU and are planning to take your purchases out of the EU within 3 Months – visit Customer Services on the third floor to fill in a VAT form. You’ll need to spend a total of £50 or more to qualify for a VAT refund. The form must be completed in store and not at Customs.
On leaving the UK you must be prepared to show Customs your purchases. They will validate your form, your refund will be issued either in cash (up to the value of £300) by cheque or directly onto your card or into your bank.

Returns Policy
Return the item unused, with the receipt, to the department within 28 days from date of purchase (7 days for Sale stock) for a full refund. If you are unable to return the item in person, please send the item with the receipt and a covering letter including a daytime contact number. We would recommend you return it using a recorded delivery method to safeguard against items lost in transit.
We will refund your original tender, if you paid in cash we will send you a cheque.

Tactile selector buttons and voice indicators in customer lift which access all floors. Transaction aids and Inductive loop system available at Customer Services on the third floor. Wheelchair lifts and ramps are available to ease access around floors where these are split level. Fitting rooms with wheelchair access are available. |
