Influenced by flavours from around the world, offering classic, healthy and light dishes, perfect for lunch meetings and easy suppers.
Starting with the All Day Breakfast from 10am, highlights include Eggs Benedict, De Beauvoir or Florentine, as well as blueberry drop scones with wild flower honey and crème fraiche.
From midday, diners can look forward to starters such as spring pea and coconut soup with poached Loch Duart salmon. Mains include Orkney scallops with broad beans, and Glenarm Estate spring lamb cutlets with Arminian aubergine salad. To finish, there is a selection of mini puddings, from elderflower and raspberry jelly to crème brulee.
For those with a sweet tooth, there will be Mark's Afternoon Tea to indulge in. Available daily with a selection of sandwiches and bridge rolls, fruit scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream and a selection of mini puddings served with a tea of your choice.
