Exciting new restaurant Bond & Brook and the Affogato Bar launches on 2 August
Bond & Brook
Bond & Brook, the exciting new restaurant, opens on the second floor for all-day dining. The first project from conception to opening by the partnership of Evening Standard restaurant critic Fay Maschler and Simon Davis, both highly regarded journalists and broadcasters. From breakfast/brunch, with its couture Full English and Croque Mademoiselle, through lunch, when The Collection of small dishes can be mixed and matched at will, to tea with slender sandwiches and fondant fancies and, later, cocktails; all appetites have been considered.

Affogato Bar
An espresso strong and hot from a vintage Italian machine tipped over a scoop of cold vanilla bean ice cream (an affogato) is the ultimate punctuation in the story of browsing and buying. On the third floor, the gleaming Affogato Bar dispenses exactly these shots of caffeine and jolts of sweetness so vital in a pleasurable shopping day. In addition there are cookies and crunchies, juices, presses, Champagne and Prosecco. Mineral water and Diet Coke are also on hand.
New Spa Rooms
Visit the sleek new spa rooms now open on the second floor, where customised treatments await from Pure Massage, Chantecaille Healing Spa and Clarins Skin Spa. Plus a new Movers & Shapers one-to-one Power Plate training studio, for the body you want. On the ground floor a new Blink Spa room is now open for express waxing, facials and massages.
