How do I get to the store?

Brent Cross Shopping centre is easily reached by car, tube, rail or bus. It's located on London's North Circular road, close to the M1.

Can I park nearby?

There are 6,500 free car parking spaces. The nearest tube is Hendon Central, a few minutes' walk away.

How do I apply for a Fenwick store card?

Visit Customer Services on Level 3, bringing with you two forms of identification, e.g. a valid passport and a credit card. It will take approximately two weeks to process your application. Click here for more information.

Do you sell gift cards/vouchers?

Yes. Fenwick Gift Cards can be purchased from Customer Services on Level 3. Gift Cards are available from £1 upwards. Please ask a member of staff for details. Click here for more information.

What is your Returns/Refund Policy?

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return it within one month (one week for Sale goods) and we will willingly exchange or refund provided the goods are unused in resaleable condition and you have this receipt as proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetics, jewellery, duvets, pillows, underwear, swimwear and hats.

How do I obtain a VAT refund?

Providing you live outside the EU and are planning to take your purchases out of the EU within three months, visit Customer Services on the third floor to fill in a VAT form. You’ll need to spend a total of £50 or more to qualify for a VAT refund. The form must be completed in store and not at Customs. On leaving the UK you must be prepared to show Customs your purchases. They will validate your form, your refund will be issued either in cash (up to the value of £1400) or directly onto your card or into your bank. A fee is chargeable by the VAT refund service provider.

Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery on lighting, furniture, mirrors and any orders over £100 within the local area.

Can I collect my purchases later?

You can collect your purchases from the Fenwick Collection Point, which is located in the east side customer car park, next to the store. Pedestrian access is through the fashion department on Level 2 and left out of the doors. Please allow 20 minutes from the time of purchase before collection.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes, on level 3, by the Ladies toilets.

What facilities do you have for the disabled?

We have lifts for easy access to each floor.  In conjunction with Brent Cross Shopping Centre a mobility shop is available to all our customers free of charge. For further details please contact Mobility at Brent Cross Shopping Centre on 020 8457 40470.

We offer an alteration service for items purchased in the store.  Please ask the department for more details.

Where is lost property?

If an item is found in store it will be passed to Customer Services on Level 3. Call 020 8202 8200 and ask for Lost Property.
