Free Delivery 

We offer free delivery on Lighting, Furniture, Mirrors and any orders over £100 within the local area.

Customer Collections

We offer the customer a pick up service for any goods purchased. The Customer Collection point is located beside the store in the upper of the two Fenwick Car Parks. The last collection is half an hour before store closing time.

Returns Policy

1 month on full price items with proof of purchase. 7 days on reduced items with proof of purchase.

Personal Shopping

Our Personal Shopping Service offers helpful and inspirational advice. The luxurious suite is situated on Level 2.  The service is free and with no obligations. To make an appointment please call 020 8732 8191 or email brx.personalshopping@fenwick.co.uk. This service is free.

Not only can you have your hair washed and styled but also there are a number of beauty treatments on offer.
