Disabled accessibility – What disabled facilities are available in your store?
All entrances are accessible except for the steps from the Café to the store. Lifts access all floors. We have a disabled toilet on the second floor. We also offer disabled fitting rooms, please ask for their locations.

VAT refund – How do I claim VAT back on my purchases?
Providing that you live outside the EU and are planning to take your purchases out of the EU within 3 Months – visit Customer Services on the third floor to fill in a VAT form. You’ll need to spend a total of £50 or more to qualify for a VAT refund. The form must be completed in store and not at Customs.
On leaving the UK you must be prepared to show Customs your purchases. They will validate your form, your refund will be issued either in cash (up to the value of £300) by cheque or directly onto your card or into your bank.

Luggage – is there anywhere I can leave my luggage / shopping when I am in store?
Customers can leave their shopping at our Customer Collection point on the Lower Ground Floor, and collect it later from the store or by car. The access is from Watling Street.

Refund Policy – what is Fenwick refund policy?
Wherever possible we would encourage you to return the item in person, although we do understand that sometimes this is not possible. If you are making a return by post, please send a covering letter which includes your home address and a contact telephone number. Providing the items returned fall within our refund policy, we would refund to your original tender. If you paid by cash we will send you a cheque. Please address any returned items to the relevant department at the store address.
