Enjoy one of the famous Clarins facials or spa treatments – we offer a full range of treatments within a relaxing environment where you can treat yourself to quality time. Gift vouchers are available and don’t forget men enjoy some TLC too.

Book into our beauty room for a personal session with one of our trained beauty experts. Choose from any cosmetic house on the Ground Floor and enjoy skincare consultations, make-overs, lessons for weddings and special events, all in the privacy of our Beauty Room. Have a great girls’ day out and invite some friends to come with you.
First Floor

NAILS INC.
Drop in for manicures, pedicures and nail extensions. It is not necessary to book but you may do so on a direct line: 01227 789684.
Ground Floor

Regis Hair & Beauty Salon
The salon offers a full range of hair treatments from a simple cut and blow dry to colour and conditioning treatments. The Hair and Beauty Salon offer a variety of treatments including Decleor facials and body treatments, massage and waxing. 
Third Floor

Alterations
Our shortening alteration service is available free of charge to Fenwick account card customers.

Bra Fitting
We believe our dedicated consultants are the best in town and will ensure that you leave our Lingerie Department with the most suitable and comfortable underwear for you.
First Floor

FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS

Curtains & Blinds
There is a free home visit measuring service for made-to-measure curtains and blinds. Ready made curtains are available and we also offer a sampling service.
Second Floor

Kitchen Planning Service
We offer a kitchen and bathroom design service and all installations are project managed. We give professional advice and manage installation of built-in kitchen appliances.
Lower Ground Floor

Electrical

We offer expert advice from dedicated consultants, free local delivery and an installation/connection service. We will also collect your old appliances (excluding refrigeration) free of charge within a wide area.
Lower Ground Floor

Interest Free Credit
Furniture, carpet and rug purchases over £1,500 are offered 24 months interest free credit. Purchases of £750 are available on a 12 month term.

Electrical purchases over £300 are offered on 12 months interest free credit. Purchases over £150 are available on a 6 month term.

Tax Free Shopping
Available to visitors from outside the EU who wish to claim back VAT when leaving the country.

Returns Policy

We accept goods for a refund if they are returned in 28 days (seven days for reduced merchandise) and are in a saleable condition. Exceptions are cosmetics, jewellery, duvet, pillows, underwear, swimwear, sunglasses and hats. A receipt or proof of purchase must be produced.

Wherever possible we would encourage you to return the item in person, although we do understand that sometimes this is not possible. If you are making a return by post, please send a covering letter which includes your home address and a contact telephone number. Providing the items returned fall within our refund policy, we would refund to your original tender. If you paid by cash we will send you a cheque. Please address any returned items to the relevant department at the store address.

We can deliver to most destinations within the UK or abroad. Ask any department for details of our mail order service.

Wedding and Gift Service

Our newly relaunched Wedding and Gift Service has been designed to help couples create and manage their wedding, or special occasion gift lists in a stress free and easy way for their guests and well wishers to use. In store you'll find an inspired and dazzling array of gifts to chose from. Never forget it's better to have too much on your list than too little, and remember to add Fenwick gift vouchers, as they're ideal if friends and family wish to put money towards a larger item on your list, and you can always use them to treat yourself after your big day! 



Customer Collection Point

We will store your shopping all day. Parcels can be collected from the store on the lower Ground Floor or collected by car from the entrance on Watling Street. Please ask for details.

Wheelchair Access

All entrances are accessible except for the steps from the café to the store. Lifts access all floors. Disabled toilet facilities - Second Floor

Baby Changing

Baby changing facilities are available on the 2nd floor, within our Toilet area. 


We offer a free gift wrapping service for items which are boxed, or fit into our standard gift wrapping boxes. We are unable to gift wrap toys or items with an unusual shape. Please ask a member of staff to wrap for you if you would like this service. At very busy times it may be necessary to offer this service from the Third Floor and not at the till points.
