Join us this Easter on Friday 1 April for another fantastic day of cookery workshops with Malcolm Harradine.
International Carrot Day is on Monday 4 April so we're going carrot crazy! We'll be cooking up some great recipes with this versatile vegetable - everything from cake to filled pitta breads!
The younger children will be cooking welsh rarebit with carrot chutney, crunchy carrot and feta pittas and carrot & sultana salad. The older children will be be cooking all of the above plus carrot cake in a mug. The teach-in will be a sauce to go with the welsh rarebit.
Workshops times are:
10am - 11.15am, 5-7yrs, £10* per child
12pm - 2pm, 8 - 11 yrs, £15** per child
2.30pm - 4.30pm, 8 - 11 yrs, £15** per child
