Nutribullet Smoothie Recipe from Malcolm Harradine

Start the day with an Apple and Carrot Zinger smoothie for one, whipped up in a NutriBullet.

Ingredients:
3 eating apples, cored and washed
3 medium carrots, washed
1/2" fresh ginger, peeled
6 ice cubes
250ml cold tap water

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients into the NutriBullet container and screw on the base containing the blade.
  • Place the container on the Bullet unit, plug in and zap until smooth.
  • Pour into a long glass and enjoy!
