Ouseburn Coffee Company have created a new in seasonal special, El Triunfo, a limited edition single origin premium microlot coffee from Copan, Honduras.

Finca El Triunfo is a farm run by Beltran Alvarado, his wife and their 3 children. Beltran inherited the farm from his father and continues to improve the quality of their coffee and all aspects of how the farm works, aiming to secure future generations of passionate coffee farmers. The plantation cultivates Catuai crops – a hybrid varietal of Mundo Nuovo and Caturra celebrated for its wonderful sweetness and typically high acidity.
OCC’s mid-light roast is sensitive to the complexity of this Central American harvest. Enjoy rich maple syrup, liquorice and almond flavours making this a particularly special filter brew. Incredibly versatile, this coffee works well across all formats.
