From Thursday 18th – Saturday 20th May, artisan bakery Tarte & Berry will be popping up in the Fenwick Newcastle Food Hall as part of our Meet the Artisans event.
Handmade in their Yorkshire bakery, sisters Jane and Lucy have combined their passion and skills to create specialist artisan bakery treats. From incredibly tempting Raspberry and Almond Bakewells to irresistible Peanut and Caramel Swirl Brownies, Tarte & Berry offer perfect teatime (or any other time for that matter) treats.
Jane is a Cordon Bleu pastry chef, having trained at the Tante Marie Culinary Academy and Lucy’s background is in PR and marketing.
Their award-winning treats are freshly baked in their bakery in Farsley, Leeds, using only the best quality ingredients such as British butter, local free range eggs and Belgian chocolate.
