Fenwick Tunbridge Wells invites you to join us for our Yoga Wellness Event on Thursday 16 February 2017, with Tipi Yoga Instructor Ebony.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Whether you are a novice who would like to find out more about this form of exercise or more experienced, you are all welcome to come and sample the benefits of our yoga classes. Simply choose a class that’s suitable for your fitness level from the below:
9.30am – 10.30am - Hatha class for beginners | A practice focused on building a strong yogic foundation, using breath to progress with poses and finding balance and harmony within the body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
11am – 12pm - Vinyasa Flow class for intermediates | A dynamic style of yoga flowing through asanas and sun salutations with breath, providing cardiovascular benefits within the practice. Not recommended for complete beginners.
You will receive a FREE Yoga mat to use and take away as a free gift, plus those taking part can enjoy complimentary refreshments.

Terms & Conditions:
Only 6 Clients per class. Suitable for ages 16-65, clients must deem themselves physically able in terms of injuries. Suitable loose clothing to be worn, for ease of movement. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class is due to begin. Tipi Yoga sub-contracted registration form requires completion prior to the event.
