How do I get to the store?
We are in the Bentall Centre in the centre of Kingston.
Can I park nearby?
There are three main car parks nearby - two within the Centre and Seven Kings Car Park near Sainsbury's off Richmond Road.

How do I apply for a store card?
Visit Customer Services on the second floor, bringing with you two forms of identification, e.g. a driving licence or utility bill. It will take approximately two weeks to process your application. Contact Customer Services on 020 8546 1001. Click here for more information.
Can I get interest free credit?
We offer interest free credit (0% APR) on selected items. For example, 12 months on purchases of £1,000 or more, 24 months on purchases £2,000 or over and 36 months on purchases of £4,000 or more. We now also offer a Fenwick Four Payment Plan of 4 months interest fee payment on purchases of £200 or over. Please check in-store for our latest options. Written quotations available on request. Do you sell gift cards/vouchers?
As well as at Customer Services, Gift Cards can also be bought from Max Mara in Womenswear on the first floor and from Gifts on the lower ground Floor. Click here for more information.
What is your returns/refunds policy?
We will be pleased to refund/exchange full price items within 28 days of purchase, reduced items within 7 days, providing they are in original condition and returned with this receipt.
What if an item is faulty or needs repairing?
Products returned to the store within 28 days with your proof of purchase and the original packaging will be refunded in full. All other products will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Please return your purchase to the store, together with your receipt, and we will arrange repairs. The Fenwick group cannot be help liable for any loss of time or earnings in the event of a faulty product.
How do I obtain a VAT refund?
Bentalls offer Tax Free Shopping for customers who live outside the EU. Simply bring your receipts to Customer Services on the second floor to request a VAT claim form. For more information call 020 8546 1001.

Can I collect my purchases by car?
Yes, our Collect by Car facility is accessed via Dolphin Street. When you arrive at the entrance (vehicles only, no pedestrian access), proceed to BAY D. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before store closing time. For further information, call 020 8546 1001.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver to most destinations within the UK. Ask any department for details of our delivery service.
What facilities do you have for the disabled?
Wheelchair access is available through all entrances. The store can also be easily accessed through the car park via the bridge link on the second floor. We have disabled toilets on the lower ground floor and third floor.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, our Parent & Baby Room is in Childrensworld on the third floor.

We will be happy to provide an alteration for any item bought in the store. There is a small charge for this service.

If an item has been handed in or found it will be taken to our Staff Entrance; access is via Wood Street. Telephone 0208 546 1001 and ask for Lost Property.
