We want to know if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Fenwick experience. Initially we recommend that you speak directly to the department concerned and they will be happy to help. What is the Fenwick Newcastle refund policy?
In line with our competitors, we have introduced an amended returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it within 28 days and we will willingly exchange or refund provided the goods are in the original condition. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Certain departments and products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons as follows;
Pierced earrings
Personal grooming
Duvets
Pillows and mattress protectors
For furniture/furnishings and electrical goods please refer to terms and conditions on the order form. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
