Flavours of Summer: The Drinks Edit

LOLEA

Nothing is more refreshing than a cool beer on a warm day and when it comes to deciding between the myriad of brews available, Wylam Brewery never disappoints. To liven up our repertoire of favourites this summer we’re introducing 4 new varieties to our range: Jakehead IPA, Remain in Light, Nomi Sorachi and Hickey the Rake. 

T2 ICED TEA

T2 are about reinventing and reimagining the humble tea leaf. Why not feature servings of icy T2 goodness at your next summer shindig? Simply heat water to the correct temperature for your brew of choice, pour it into your T2 Teamaker and add 2 teaspoons of tea. Garnishing

BELLINI

A classic aperitif, this Bellini cocktail is composed of two parts sparkling wine, one part white peach juice and pulp from select, perfectly ripe peaches and a few drops of wild raspberry. Its natural ingredients are grown in the Venetian countryside; the delicate white peaches are handpicked when fruit is perfectly ripe, so as to maximize concentration of sugar and aromas. Simply chill and serve.
