Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it within 28 days and we will willingly exchange or refund provided the goods are in the original condition. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Certain departments and products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons as follows;
Pierced earrings
Personal grooming
Duvets
Pillows and mattress protectors
For furniture/furnishings and electrical goods please refer to terms and conditions on the order form.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Free Delivery
We can deliver goods within a 50-mile radius of the store. Please check with the individual department to see if your postcode qualifies for free delivery. |
