Gift Cards – Where can I purchase Fenwick Gift Cards? Fenwick Gift Cards can be purchased from Customer Service on the ground floor and they can be used in any Fenwick or Bentalls Store.
Refund Policy – What is Fenwick Windsor’s refund policy? We refund with a receipt, full price goods within 28 days and reduced goods within 7 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of Cosmetics, Fragrance, Jewellery, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Hosiery and Hats. This does not affect your statutory rights.
