By simply visiting our Customer Service on the ground floor, completing a form and handing it to the assistant who will ensure, after all the necessary checks have been carried out, that the application is processed

Refund Policy – What is Fenwick Windsor’s refund policy?

We refund with a receipt, full price goods within 28 days and reduced goods within 7 days of purchase.  For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of Cosmetics, Fragrance, Jewellery, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Hosiery and Hats. This does not affect your statutory rights.
