How do I open a Fenwick Account Card?
Account card applications are available at any cash desk in the store and at Customer Services on the first floor.
Simply complete the details and return to Customer Services by post or in person. Your account card will be sent directly to your home approximately 10 – 14 days after your application was received.

Complaints?
We want to know if you are unhappy with any aspect of the store’ s service and would ask that you speak direct to the department concerned and they will be happy to help. If for any reason you remain dissatisfied, contact the store by phone, e mail or post and you will be put in touch with the relevant manager to resolve your problem.

Disabled Facilities?
Access to the store is available through our ground floor entrance from the Coppergate Centre. The store can be easily accessed from the car park above via a lift. We have a disabled toilet on our first floor.

Gift Vouchers - Where can I purchase Fenwick Gift Vouchers?
Fenwick gift vouchers are available from Customer Services on the first floor. They are available in denominations of £1, £5, £10, £20, £50 and can be used to purchase goods and services at any Fenwick store. Exclusions apply: they cannot be exchanged for cash, used for making mail order purchases, or Fenwick account card payments. Gift Vouchers can be purchased from Customer Services on the 1st floor

If an item has been handed in or found it will be taken to Customer Services on the first floor for a short period of time. Telephone 01904 643322 and ask for Lost Property.

What is your Returns Policy?
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on goods purchased from a Fenwick store as long as the following conditions apply:
- The goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase, but if purchased in the sale must be returned within 7 days of purchase

- The goods must be unused and in a saleable condition

- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

- All original labels must be attached and/or packaging returned
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of Cosmetics, Jewellery, Duvets, Pillows, Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery and Hats.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
POSTAL RETURNS
Wherever possible we would encourage you to return the item in person, although we do understand that sometimes this is not possible. If you are making a return by post, please send a covering letter which includes your home address and a contact telephone number. Providing the items returned fall within our refund policy, we would refund to your original tender. If you paid by cash we will send you a cheque. Please address any returned items to the relevant department at the store address.

VAT Refund?
Providing you live outside the EU and are planning to take your purchases out of the EU within three months you can fill in a VAT 407 form at Customer Services on the first floor. You will need to have spent a total of £50 or more.
