Perfect for the winter blues!
Bought this looking for some relief from the winter around the house. And it certainly did the job. It’s a beautiful soft balance between floral and spicy, never too subtle but never too strong. It’s a very calming scent that definitely has a sunset/chilled/dreamy vibe to it. Works well with some chilled out music to create a holiday/carefree mood - the perfect bridge to summer in the depths of winter. It’s sticking your feet in warm sand with the sun setting on the horizon only in candle form. Think it’s going to become a fixture as a winter pick-me-up; like the best Molton Brown products, it has the ability to whisk you away somewhere exotic, highly recommended!

Best Perfumed Candle .
I received this candle at Christmas time and it's the best candle I have ever had. The perfume is gorgeous , people coming to my house always comment and ask what it is. The perfume goes through the whole house. It has a long burning life and the perfume still lingers when it's not burning.
I will be buying one to give as a house warming present .

What a let down
I am a big fan of Molten Brown and adore their products on the whole. I had asked for the Gingerlily candle as a gift and was excited to receive it.
My excitement was short-lived. Burning this candle revealed that it actually does not smell of ginger, lily or anything else. It smells of nothing even when your nose is positioned dangerously close to the flame! It was almost as if the fragrance had not been added at all. Very disappointing all round.

New to Molton Brown and loving it
Received as a gift at work which I have very much appreciated. Once lit, give it an hour or so and then the fragance comes through. It's a lovely delicate smell, not to overbearing and without that waxy candle smell - this actually does perfume the room.

Disappointing
Gingerlily is one of my favourite Molton Brown fragrances -the candle however was very disappointing , no smell at all . Bought one for a friend as a Christmas gift and she said the same
