How to Use

Illuminate: Apply the brighter Eye Illuminating shade along the waterline to make your eyes look more awake, open, and bright. Pop some on the inner corner to enhance even more.

Step 2: Apply Sumptuous Extreme Mascara on top and bottom lashes for a false-lash effect.
