Cleanse & Polish: Phase 1 Cleansing: gently massage one or two pumps into dry skin over your eyes, face and neck Phase 2 Polishing: rinse the pure cotton cloth in hand hot water and wring out before gently polishing off the cream. Use a clean section of cloth for each part of your face, rinsing the cloth thoroughly during cleansing. Finish by splashing your face with cool water. Skin Tonic: Pour a generous amount onto cotton wool and sweep over the face and neck. Apply daily after Cleanse & Polish morning and night. Gentle Face Exfoliator: Lightly massage onto clean skin in circular movements concentrating on the forehead, nose, chin and jawline, avoiding the eye area. Rinse off with warm water. Skin Repair Moisturiser: Pat a small amount of cream onto cleansed and toned skin using fingertips, before gently massaging into the face and neck using slow, sweeping strokes to balance and restore.
