As spring approaches, it's not just your clothes that could do with a revamp - just as you'd introduce pieces that catch your eye from the new SS17 fashion trends, your fragrance wardrobe can reflect a change in season too.

From re-imagined classics by Narciso Rodriguez, Estée Lauder and Viktor & Rolf to brand new scents from French perfumeries Sisley, Annick Goutal and Guerlain in the running for cult status, these pretty perfumes are sure to add a spring in your step.

Bergamote Calabria is the latest scent to join Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria family; a collection of fresh fragrances inspired by nature. Their newest addition is a green, musky citrus fragrance that conjures up sun-soaked strolls through Calabrian orchards thanks to pink peppercorn, bergamot zest, ginger and petit grain. Plus, we're partial to the beautiful gold detailing on the bottle too.

Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Bergamote Calabria Eau De Toilette (125 ml) £48.50; Available from 27th February at Fenwick Brent Cross, Canterbury, Colchester, Kingston, Leicester, Newcastle, Tunbridge Wells, Windsor, York

Inspired by the free spirit atmosphere in the grounds of Charleston House in the early 1900s, The Bloomsbury Set is a collection of scents that capture the intoxicating essence of the unconventional life of bohemian artists, intellectuals and philosophers. From the fragrant lily pond at dawn to warming whisky and sweet tobacco that would fill the historic rooms, all five fragrances represent English charm with an unexpected twist that is so synonymous with the brand.

Narciso Rodriguez’s new For Her Fleur Musc is a vibrant, charming fragrance that encapsulates the spirit of freedom and femininity. The bold floral bouquet of roses and pink peppercorns blend with rare musc and woody amber that add warmth and sensuality to the mix. Plus, the vivid pink shade of the bottle is very on-trend for SS17.

French perfumery Annick Goutal has created an elegant, modern interpretation of the classic chypre fragrance, housed in this simply gorgeous bottle (yes, that is a fluffy purple pompom). Inspired by the anticipation of a night out in Paris, Tenue de Soirée is a sweet, sensual and addictive fragrance made up of blackcurrant, iris, amber and patchouli.

If you’re a fan of rose, Sisley’s new Izia fragrance is for you. Top notes of white bergamot and aldehydes compliment the recognisable rose accord that is softened by creamy base notes of cedar and musk.

Fans of the cult-favourite Flowerbomb range will be pleased to discover the brand’s new scent for spring – “Flowerbomb Bloom was developed from our desire to create an airy fragrance with a burst of fresh flowers, one that was synonymous with the bloom of spring”, explains Viktor & Rolf. The new Eau de Toilette is a fresher, fruitier version of the original’s floral signature scent that’s infused with an unexpected pure air molecule and delicate pomegranate accord.
