Rumble at 1Rebel

We’re BIG fans of the Rumble boxing-meets-martial-arts class at the trendy 1Rebel studio in Broadgate Circle. Boxing has been coined the workout of 2016 - with advocates including the Victoria Secret Angels, it ticks all the boxes across cardio, muscle toning and core strength. Offering a convenient ‘pay as you go’ model, you can borrow gloves from the studio and finish your session in their luxurious changing rooms kitted out with heavenly cosmetics and heated benches to boot!

Barry’s Bootcamp

Barry’s popular fitness classes comprise of interchanging workouts across treadmill and weight sessions to give you a full body workout. Different days have different focuses - e.g. legs or arms. Look out for trainers Anya and Faisal who are our personal favourites. If you’re feeling particularly fierce, pop down to their Old Street location on your lunch and get a complimentary smoothie after a 50 minute workout (just be sure to book a week in advance).

Frame Classes

A visit to Frame’s energetic, fun-filled studios are sure to leave you feeling positively zen. With a range of classes ranging from high-intensity Dance Cardio and Street Jazz to Restorative Yoga, there’s something for everyone. Locations include Shoreditch, Queen Park and Kings Cross, all with a ‘pay as you go’ Frame Card model so you can rock up at whatever time suits you best.

Psycle Canary Wharf 3 web 01

Pyscle champions the trendy art of spinning, offering high-intensity classes that range from 45 to 90 minutes on a bike. Music is a key part of the Psycle experience and each class is soundtracked by a unique playlist handpicked by the instructor so you can ride to the beat - we’re partial to A.D., Kevin and Reynold for their mix of R&B and pop tunes. With convenient locations at Oxford Circus and Canary Wharf, you can drop by before or after work and even pick up a superfood smoothie from their Energy Kitchen en route.

Pulse at Virgin Active

The new Pulse dance class at Virgin Active gyms nationwide is sure to get your endorphins pumping with their 60-minute high-energy routines set to throwback 90’s club anthems. Dance like no one’s watching in their nightclub-inspired spaces that are decked out with disco lights and LED glow sticks – you can really let loose!

Psst... If you can't make it to any of these locations - or are just trying to save the pennies this month - we highly recommend fitness videos online, such as POPSUGARS' fab offering, plus the wealth of videos on YouTube are so great there's really no excuse to not get involved.
