Roost Coffee & Roastery
Speciality coffee roasters, Roost Coffee & Roastery, are the creation of self-confessed coffee snobs David and Ruth Elkington. All their coffee is roasted onsite at Talbot Yard, relying soley on David's self-taught sense of smell and sound, rather than any fancy modern technology. The pair are passionate about quality, carefully producing small batches in order to pick out any anomalies by hand, and pride themselves on delivering a little slice of coffee heaven. Popular blends include their speciality Brazil, Rwanda and signature Roost Espresso roasts. Fancy a cuppa?
Rare Bird Distillery
Rare Bird, Malton's first distillery, and brain child of husband and wife Matt and Elizabeth Stewart, are known for their delectable London Dry Gin, a treat for the eyes and the palette. Keen on promoting authenticity and transparency within their brand, the gin-loving duo use locally sourced ingredients, as well as an open door policy where customers can see the entire gin making process from within their distillery walls. How do they advise we create the perfect G&T? Simple. A healthy home measure of Rare Bird Gin, ice, light tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit. Nothing more.
Brass Castle Taphouse & Brewery

If that hasn't tempted you to a tipple or two, each of Brass Castle's splended brews are vegan and gluten-free too. We'll get a round in.
