Chase Distillery

If you’re looking for a tipple that’s quintessentially British from soil to first sip, look no further than Chase Distillery. Made from English potatoes grown on the family’s estate in Herefordshire, this vodka undergoes an intense five-step process which includes 48-hour fermentation and separating the alcohols from the potato mash which is then used as field fertiliser for their farm. After distillation, the raw spirit is tempered with water drawn from a source at the heart of the farm, and 10 botanicals are infused through the spirit in their bespoke copper tin, Ginny, to complement the mineral earthiness of the potato.

Eden Mill

Home to St. Andrew’s first Scottish single site brewery and distillery dating back to 1810, Eden Mill benefit from the local water sources and regionally grown barley to create their distinctive and dynamic gin liqueurs. Using experimental wood ageing and distillation methods to bring out the flavours of the spirits, their immersive team pride themselves with a hands-on process, whereby a personalised approach of creation, tinkering and experimenting is used to ensure each and every bottle reflects the Eden Mill ethos. Many of the ingredients and botanicals are sourced ethically and locally from the verdant fields and wild coasts of Scotland, making each sip more memorable than the last.
