Tom Ford Conditioning Beard Oil

What does it do?

This Tom Ford Conditioning Beard Oil softens and nourishes facial hair with a lightweight blend of almond, jojoba and grapeseed oils as well as vitamin E. Perfect for layering with a fragrance for a total aromatic experience, disperse the oil evenly with a beard comb for full effect.

Here's what we thought:

"This beard oil has a really nice masculine scent that lasts all day. The pump is a little temperamental to use, but it was still easy to apply, softened tough shorter stubble and conditioned longer hairs. You have to get just the right amount or you are left with oily hands after."

Kiehl’s Age Defender Cleanser

What does it do?

Specifically developed to address men’s skincare needs, the Kiehl’s Age Defender Cleanser works as a two-in-one daily facial cleanser and mask aims to reverse the effects of ageing whilst streamlining your bathroom cabinet. Expertly formulated with Moroccan lava clay to soften and purify your complexion, phytic acid, a plant-based botanical sourced from Japan, works to exfoliate the skin for a smoother, younger-looking appearance.

Here's what we thought:

"I haven’t used this as a mask just yet, but as a cleanser I really rate it. It’s good for giving a deep clean while not being overly abrasive like some others I’ve tried. It leaves my skin feeling clean and not overly scented."

Kiehl’s Age Defender Cleanser, £27

ESPA The Hydrator

What does it do?

A lightweight moisturiser which offers long lasting hydration that aims to soothe and nourish the skin, ESPA's The Hydrator moisturiser also provides protection from environmental pollution. This cream contains mineral-rich Birch Sap and Hyaluronic Acid to help maintain moisture levels, while antioxidant vitamin E, wheatgerm and canola help protect, soothe and replenish.

Here's what we thought?

"I liked this moisturiser because the cooling sensation made me feel more ‘awake’. It’s nice and lightweight, so as someone with oily skin it didn’t feel heavy. It’s fragranced, but it’s a subtle smell which isn’t over-powering."

ESPA The Hydrator, £32

ClarinsMen Line-Control Eye Balm

What does it do?

Dermologically tested, the ClarinsMen Line-Control Eye Balm is a soothing and smoothing eye cream which aims to lift sagging skin and give the appearance of more alert, enlivened and younger-looking eyes. Working hard to prevent the presence of puffiness, lines and wrinkles, the ultra-light and firming formulation aims to fight the first signs of aging.

Here's what we thought:

"This cream feels great to apply. It's made my skin look tighter and feel more hydrated than it was before, which is nice now the weather is colder. I can really feel the difference when I touch my skin."

ClarinsMen Line-Control Eye Balm, £33
