Below, founder Shika Bodani gives us an overview of what to expect in both stores and why rental is a great sustainable approach to party dressing.

###### **What inspired you to launch Front Row?** I started the business in 2017 when I was working in finance. I was inspired to start a service where I can gain access to exceptional pieces in the most cost effective way. ###### **What can a Fenwick customer expect at both Fenwick of Bond Street and Fenwick Newcastle?** Two very different edits. We have catered to every single shoppers needs. You can expect vintage Chanel, Saint Laurent party dresses and head-turning gowns from Marchesa and Jenny Packham. The Newcastle collection is slightly more focused on the party girls while Fenwick of Bond Street that are ideal for summer occasions. We have a couple of Alessandra Rich pieces in both stores that are so versatile as well as Dolce & Gabbana for summer getaways. It’s a great way to experience designers you may not have had access to and to get to know them better. Social calendar is filling up so it’s the perfect time to plan your wardrobe. ###### **Talk us through the rental process at Fenwick?** Renting does sound like a daunting idea but its actually very simple. We do have a capsule collection available at both stores so it’s as easy as coming in, trying the pieces, finding the perfect fit and just booking them out with the Fenwick team. It’s the first time in a while that we had a physical space and as we cater more towards occasionwear pieces, you can use it as a rotating wardrobe and you can plan pieces for your social calendar. Our minimum rental period for 3 days which is ideal for weekend trips. We also offer 5 days. You go through a simple ID verification process with the Fenwick team and you can take it away or the team can send it to you.

###### **How do you make sure that rental feels just as special as a in-boutique purchase?** We pride ourselves on having a dedicated concierge team. Each pieces is authenticated and dry cleaned between each rental and we will check for any imperfections. We want to give our customers the same experience as walking into a luxury store and purchasing the item first thing. ###### **How is Front Row contributing to the sustainability movement?** We are a rental market place and we are effectively drawing on peoples existing wardrobes. It’s really exciting to get to continue the lifecycle of these pieces as more often than not, our lenders have worn them and have been seen in them and are now looking to sell or rent out. By renting them we are continuing their lifecycle and their story and contributing to a more sustainable world. ###### **What is in your rental wish list?** Amina Muaddi shoes and some current season Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab and Ralph & Russo.
