We are delighted to reveal our spectacular Bond Street floral display in celebration of our 140th anniversary; a flourish of blooming flowers and vivacious circus performers.
In celebration of our 140th anniversary, join us at [Fenwick of Bond Street](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/bond-street) to see our dazzling floral display for yourself. Discover a burgeoning smorgasbord of silk flowers and natural flowers that enable the installation to flourish and evolve over time. A nod to the circus' spirit of curiosity, discovery and playfulness, spot dancing acrobats tumbling over the display that was conceptualised using paper and transformed into fibreglass sculptures. We spoke to our floristry partner Star-Flower and Artist in Residence, Andy Singleton to find out how they bought their vision of colour and festivities to life.
**Andy, what is the inspiration behind the design?** "The inspiration came from an earlier design for a beauty bag. The illustration was a combination of sculpted paper summer flowers and acrobats from the 140th anniversary windows. When the opportunity to develop the display came about I felt this imagery would translate perfectly into a physical installation. I love the idea of the acrobats using the façade of the building as a way to express themselves."
**Lisa and Charley, how did you express our theme 'Circus of Life' through your flower arrangement?** "We wanted to design something that encapsulates the essence of celebration and fun, as though the sun is always shining, balconies tumbling with flowers and silk bunting blowing in the wind. The flowers, plants and fabrics create a rich backdrop for Andy’s trapeze artist bouncing throughout. By using predominantly real plants, the installation will be growing and moving, bringing nature to the centre of Mayfair. Nature always takes the lead role in all our designs."
**Andy, how did you work with Star-Flower to bring your vison to life?** "The process of bringing the design to life has been a collaborative one. The sculptural elements of the acrobats and flowers were translated from the original paper artworks into fibreglass sculptures to be installed on the front of the building. The sculptures interact seamlessly with the floral elements, combining to create an exciting and playful installation." A marriage between vibrant flowers and effervescent circus characters, experience the wonderment for yourself and discover our show-stopping floral display at [Fenwick of Bond Street](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/bond-street).
