Competition forms should be completed at home at your leisure and returned to your local store or sent in the post to the Toy Department to be judged. ###### **Balloon Modelling (Brent Cross and Kingston only)** Join us for some fun and spooky Balloon Modelling in [Brent Cross](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/brent-cross) and [Kingston](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/kingston). A Halloween themed balloon artist will create fun animal balloons and provide family entertainment on the following dates: * Saturday 31th October – Sunday 1st November 2020 Children and parents will have a chance to watch the balloon artist when shopping in store, and children can take their own balloons home! **Please note:** * Social distancing will be adhered to and maintained. * The artist will use hand sanitiser before and after every new customer/child balloon request. * After every 30 minutes, the artist will wash their hands thoroughly in the nearest bathroom with water and soap * The artist will use a hand pump to blow the balloons. There will be no spreading of germs.

###### **Children’s Baking Classes and Parents’ Sparkling Cream Tea (Bracknell only)** Join us in Mason + Rye [Bracknell](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/bracknell) (hosted in Fuego) between Monday 26th – Thursday 29th October 2020 for an afternoon of baking for children and parents sparkling cream tea! Classes start at 3pm and last 1.5 hours. Each child will be able to make their own cupcakes and decorate them afterwards to take home. Their oven baked cupcakes will also be given to them to take home, as they'll be decorating pre-made cooled cakes. Parents will enjoy a relaxed Sparkling Cream Tea while their children are entertained. This reduces the sharing/handling of the products and the close contact to the child when placing the baked goods in the oven.

###### **Sylvanian Families Pop-Up (Newcastle only)** From Saturday 24th October 2020, immerse yourself in the adorable world of Sylvanian Families, as [Fenwick Newcastle](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/newcastle) hosts its cutest pop-up yet. Only the second of its kind outside of Japan, step inside the idyllic land of Sylvania on our Third Floor, where kids big and small can discover their favourite characters, visit the iconic red phone box, and enjoy photo opportunities galore. ###### **The Potions Cauldron Pop-Up (York only)** The Potions Cauldron pop-up can now be found in the Lower Ground Floor of [Fenwick York](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/york)! Get magical with exciting demonstrations of potion making with a resident wizard for children and adults to enjoy! The Potions Cauldron is based in the Shambles, one of the most famous streets in the world and the ‘Real Diagon Alley’ from Harry Potter. ###### **Pumpkin Carving (Bracknell only)** At [Fenwick Bracknell,](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/stores/bracknell) children can enjoy carving their own small pumpkins for Halloween - all for £9 per child. Enjoy this activity on Saturday 24th and Saturday 31st October 2020\. Each child will be able to carve and decorate their own pumpkin with a variety of fun ideas and take them home to display ready for Halloween. **Please note:** * Social distancing will be adhered to and maintained * Separate workstations/tables will be put in place for individual households. * All equipment (i.e. pumpkin, template knife/carving implement) will be pre-laid on workstation tables and each child will have their own. * Hand-washing and hand sanitising will be in place before and after the event * Cleaning and hygiene is adhered to throughout the event * Face coverings must be worn by all participants during the event apart for those people who are exempt from wearing a face covering and children under the age of 11 years. * Once made, children can take their creations home.
