Make your Christmas magical with a trip to meet Santa and his elves at our rooftop experience at Fenwick Newcastle.

Available at: Newcastle
This year, Santa will be taking over the [Fenwick Newcastle](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/store/?StoreID=newcastle) rooftop with an enchanted Christmas wonderland from Saturday 3rd November - Monday 24th December. Join us on top of the store to meet Santa in his magical Cabin, help the elves in Santa’s Workshop, and stop off in Café Claus for hot drinks and snacks. Take a look at the full experience details and book your tickets below. * Every guest must purchase a ticket. Both Adult and Children's tickets are £11.50 each. Please note there is a maximum of 6 guests per group. * Ticket times are allocated in 6-minute intervals in Santa's Cabin as part of a full Rooftop experience which lasts approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour in total. The experience is fully accessible. * Please provide allergy information when booking. * Please scroll down for booking FAQs. Arrive at our festive Christmas Hall on the Lower Ground Floor at your pre-booked time, where you’ll be greeted by one of Santa’s elves who will whisk you up to the top of Fenwick in Santa’s Express Elevator. Wrap up warm in Barbour coats in Santa’s Boot Room, before starting your magical journey on the rooftop. Step outside to be greeted by Santa’s singing reindeer and see where the elves park their vehicles. Chief Elf will then show you into Santa's Cabin to meet Santa, who'll be checking his computer to see if you've been naughty or nice! If you’ve been nice he’ll invite you into his workshop through a secret door. The festivities continue in Santa's Workshop where you can help the elves with fun activities such as decorating biscuits and making snow! Step back out onto our enchanted snowy rooftop and pop into Café Claus for a complimentary cup of hot chocolate (or mulled wine for the grown-ups) and one of Santa’s special treats. Alternative drinks and snacks will be available to purchase too. Finally, visit the deck at Café Claus for a breath-taking view of Newcastle city centre before returning in the Express Elevator to the Christmas Hall.
