Join us to meet Santa in his Grotto in the Toy Department at [Fenwick Colchester](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/store/?StoreID=colchester) where he'll be in-store on weekends and selected days between Saturday 1st - Monday 24th December.
As Santa is very busy getting all the children's presents ready in the run-up to Christmas, all visits to the Grotto must be pre-booked online. Please take a look at the key event details and book your tickets below.
* Every child must have a ticket, and must be accompanied by an adult.
* Tickets cost £8.50 for children over 2, which includes a present and photograph with Santa. Children under 2 and accompanying adults are free.
* **Please note: There is a maximum of 5 guests per party, including paying children.**
* Time slots are 1 hour long, please turn up at the start of your time slot to join the queue.

**How do I book Santa's Grotto?**
Bookings should be made online using the Eventbrite links above.
**Do children under 2 need to pay?**
Children under 2 go free, however a ticket will need to be booked for them so the capacity in the grotto can be managed.
**What if I need to cancel my ticket? Can I get a refund or exchange?**
Tickets are refundable, please request a refund via Eventbrite if you need to. We are unable to offer exchanges, however you can request a refund and then re-book any available slots via Eventbrite.
**I don't have a PayPal account – can I still buy a ticket online?**
Yes, you can make payment online using a debit or credit card.
**Can I book in-store?**
No, all bookings must be made online
**Do you charge a transaction or booking fee?**
Both transaction and booking fees are included in the ticket price.
**Can I purchase a family ticket? Do you have prices for concessions?**
There are no family tickets or concession prices available. Only children over 2 have to pay – children under 2 and accompanying adults are free.
**Can I make a booking for my school?**
Bookings are for family groups only.
**How long will Santa's Grotto take?**
You will be allocated a 1 hour time slot, we expect the experience to take 5-10 minutes depending on the size of each group.
**What age is Santa's Grotto for?**
All ages are welcome.
**Is Santa's Grotto suitable for people with limited mobility? Are Guide Dogs welcome?**
Yes, the Grotto is suitable for people with limited mobility. Guide dogs are welcome.
**Do I have to arrive early for my slot? What happens if I am late?**
Please arrive at the start of your time slot to join the queue. If you're late please call the store to make us aware and we may be able to accommodate you at a later time.
**How do I get to the Grotto?**
The Grotto is on the Lower Ground floor and is accessible via the NCP car park or the lift.
**Is there a cloakroom for me to store my belongings, shopping or buggy during Santa's Grotto?**
There isn’t any storage space available; items are the responsibility of customers and must be kept with them at all times.
**Help! I have lost my ticket!**
Don’t panic. Our tickets are all emailed to you, so check your inbox again, and if not, log in to Eventbrite where you will be able to resend it to yourself. You can also download the Eventbrite app and login that way, where your ticket will be waiting.
**What if I can't print my tickets?**
You will be able to show your booking via your phone, using Eventbrite.
**Where can I park? Do you have disabled parking?**
Parking is available at the NCP car park on Nunn’s Road behind the store.
**Will you have a photographer in with Santa? Can I take photos in Santa's Grotto?**
One photo per child will be provided within the ticket price. Customers are welcome to take their own photographs but we are unable to print them.
