For the first time ever, we’ve brought a sprinkling of cinematic magic to our Christmas experience at [Fenwick Newcastle](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/store/?StoreID=newcastle) with the launch of an exclusive festive cinema, brought to you by [Barbour](https://www.fenwick.co.uk/brands/barbour). We’ve selected some of our favourite Christmas movies to screen over the festive period, and added some fabulous Fenwick touches to ensure you have an unforgettable evening. Take a look at the full experience details, including cinema timings, and book your tickets below. * Every guest must purchase a ticket. Adult tickets are £11.95 and Children's tickets are £8.95. * Adults wishing to attend with children must book a place, and will not be allowed into the screening without a booking. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note: This activity is not recommended for infants aged two and under. * Age restrictions apply for certain screenings so ticket holders may be asked for valid identification to confirm they are over the recommended age to be allowed entry to one of these films. * Please scroll down for booking FAQs. Join us at 6.45pm, where you'll be greeted by an elf to have your tickets checked, then you'll be taken via our Express Lift up to the 5th floor (open to the public for the very first time this year!). Once up on the roof, you'll have an exclusive chance to see our Rooftop experience after Santa has gone home, where you'll get to peep inside the elves’ workshop and visit the grotto. When you arrive in Café Claus, there will be cocktails, wines, beers, soft drinks, ice-cream, popcorn and snacks available to purchase before and throughout the main event. Film screenings will begin at 7.30pm, and once the film's over, you'll be shown back down to the Food Hall entrance. This year, tickets are inclusive of booking fees. Payment can be made via a PayPal account, credit card or debit card. Please print out your tickets and bring them along with you on the day, or have the email ready to view on your smartphone together with a form of ID.

### Santa's Rooftop Cinema: Movie Night FAQs **What age is Santa’s Rooftop Cinema suitable for? Do all children need to be accompanied by an adult?** We recommend the experience for ages two years and above. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. **I don't have a PayPal account – can I still buy a ticket online?** Yes, you can make payment online using a debit or credit card. **Do you charge a transaction or booking fee?** Both transaction and booking fees are included in the ticket price. **Do you have prices for concessions? Can I purchase a family ticket?** Due to the nature of the event, we will not be offering concession discount. Group and family tickets are not available for Santa's Rooftop Cinema. **Where is it being held?** For the first time, we’re inviting customers to our 5th floor rooftop for the exclusive experience. **How do I get to the rooftop?** Head to the Lower Ground Floor, where you will see the Arrival Point and be greeted by our Head Elf. **Is there a cloakroom to store my coat and shopping?** Possessions should be kept with you as we do not have storage facilities. **Is Santa’s Rooftop Cinema suitable for people with limited mobility?** Yes, the experience is fully accessible. **Where can I park? Do you have disabled parking?** There are two car parks on Percy Street – Eldon Square and Eldon Garden. Both carparks have disabled parking. **Do I have to arrive early for my slot? What happens if I am late for my booking time?** There is not a large amount of waiting space, so please try to arrive promptly but not too early! Five minutes before your scheduled time is plenty. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are late, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit you in because the film must begin on time. Please arrive promptly. **What if I need to cancel my ticket?** We can offer refunds 14 days in advance. **Help! I have lost my ticket!** Don’t panic. Our tickets are all emailed to you, so check your inbox again, and if not, log in to Eventbrite where you will be able to resend it to yourself. You can also download the Eventbrite app and login that way, where your ticket will be waiting. **Will you have security? Will there be bag searches?** Our in-store security teams will be in-store as usual. Bag searches are subject to the Fenwick team discretion. **Can I drink at Santa’s Rooftop Cinema? Can I buy extra drinks and snacks?** When purchasing alcohol at Fenwick, if you appear to be under the age of 25 you may be asked for valid identification to confirm that you are aged 18 or over. Any alcoholic drinks purchased on site must be consumed before leaving. Café Claus has a fully stocked bar, Christmas cocktail list, hot and cold drinks and a range of snacks, cakes and treats. **Can I get combined Santa’s Rooftop Cinema and Santa on the Rooftop ticket?** No, you will need to buy these separately. **I'm going to Santa’s Rooftop Cinema, how long can I stay in the Café Claus for drinks after? Can I also come at any time before?** Café Claus will remain open during the movie screening but last orders will be called 20 minutes before the end of the film. There is no access to Café Claus before the stated start time of 6.45pm **Can I just visit Café Claus if I’m not going to anything else?** Café Claus is only available to customers who have booked Santa on the Rooftop, Santa’s Rooftop Cinema – Movie Night, or who have hired Café Claus for a private event. **Can I book Santa’s Rooftop Cinema or Café Claus for a private screening?** Café Claus is available for private hire Monday - Thursday evenings, as is Santa’s Secret Cinema.
