This year, Santa Claus is setting up his workshop in Fenwick Colchester between Saturday 14th December till Tuesday 24th December 2019, from 9.15am-3pm. Priced at £9 per child with an accompanying adult (under 2’s free), and £4.50 per additional accompanying adult, we invite all good boys and girls to join us for this magical experience. You can purchase your Santa Grotto tickets in-store only, so head to our ticket booth in our Children’s Department on Lower Ground Floor to buy your tickets. On arrival, our elves will welcome you and check your tickets. It's now time to head into Rudolph's gingerbread stable where you'll be able to decorate your own gingerbread. Once in the workshop, you'll find all the elves busy at work before the main event - your visit with Santa awaits. T&Cs £9 per child with an accompanying adult (under 2’s free) includes visit to Santa and the workshop to decorate a biscuit to take away with you. Additional adults wishing to accompany children will be at a concessionary rate of £4.50 per adult. You can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets at once.
