Priced at £25.50 per person, we invite all good children (and equally well-behaved parents) to join us for a deliciously entertaining Christmas experience. Enjoy a seasonal two-course supper at Carluccio’s, before a trip to our breath-taking grotto where festive magic, mischievous elves - and Santa himself - await. **What to expect:** Not only will you meet the man himself inside our magical grotto, but guests will also help his mischievous elves with a spot of crafting, by decorating a bespoke ceramic plate to take home, ready to top with Christmas Eve treats for Santa - plus a carrot for Rudolph, of course. ###### **Colchester FAQ’s** **How do I book Santa in Fenwick Colchester? ** Bookings are made via our online partner, details available soon, tickets and arrival times are staggered in 15-minute intervals please follow store opening times. **How much is a ticket to see Santa in Colchester?** Children’s and Adult tickets are each priced at £7.50 per person. **Can I book by phone?** No **How can I pay for my tickets?** You can pay online with credit/debit card or via PayPal, please print out your tickets and bring them along with you or have the email ready to view on your smartphone together with another form of ID. **Do you charge a transaction or booking fee?** Both transaction and booking fees are included in the ticket price. **Do you have prices for concessions?** Due to the nature of the event, we will not be offering concession discount. **Can I purchase a family ticket?** Family tickets are not available. **How many tickets can I buy?** You can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets at once. **Do children under 2 need to pay for Santa?** Children under 2 go free but all other children and adults will require a ticket. **Can more than one adult attend?** Additional adults wishing to accompany children will be charged at £7.50. **Where is it being held?** The exclusive experience will be held in our Children’s Department on the Lower Ground Floor. **How long will Santa experience take?** We expect the whole experience will take approximately 30 minutes. **I see there’s a Workshop Activity involved - do I get to keep what I make?** There will be a plate decorating activity included in the experience and children will be able to take home their decorated plates in a branded Santa plate box. Parents should be aware that care should be taken when using the ceramic marker pens to decorate the plates. A plastic apron will be provided; however Fenwick cannot be held liable for any damage to clothing or accessories whilst undertaking this activity. **Is the Santa experience suitable for people with limited mobility?** Yes, the experience is fully accessible. **What age is Santa suitable for?** We recommend the experience for ages 2 years and above, however younger children are welcome at parents’ discretion. **What Social Distancing measures are in place for the experience?** In line with our safety policy in-store we shall be maintaining social distancing throughout the experience with directional markers on the floor for customers to follow. Our Elves will wear masks throughout your experience. **Do I have to arrive early for my slot?** There is not a large amount of waiting space, so please try to arrive promptly but not too early. 5 minutes before your scheduled time is plenty. **What happens if I am late for my booking time?** We will do our best to accommodate you if you are late, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit you in to ensure we are fair to all bookings. Please arrive promptly. **Where do I find Santa?** Head to the Lower Ground Floor, where you will see the ‘Arrival Point’ and be greeted by one of our Elves where tickets are checked prior to the experience, the event ends with a friendly goodbye from one of Santa’s Elves. **I have lost my ticket!** Lost or stolen tickets are not refundable. **Is there somewhere to store my buggy?** Yes, we do have buggy storage for Santa, however they are left at the owner’s risk. **Can I bring my dog?** Due to Santa’s Grotto taking place in an enclosed area, the experience is accessible to Assistance Dogs only, however, dogs are welcome elsewhere in the store. **Will there be bag searches?** This is subject to the Fenwick team discretion. **Where can I park?** There is an NCP car park directly adjacent to the store on Nunn’s Road. This provides access at the lower ground level of the store and the Children’s department. **Do you have disabled parking?** Disabled parking is available at the Nunn’s Road Car Park. **Do all children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult?** Yes, our minimum unaccompanied age for Santa is 14. **Is there a cloakroom for me to store my belongings and shopping during the Santa experience?** Unfortunately, we do not have space for you to store any belongings or shopping, so please bear this in mind on the day. **Will you have a photographer in with Santa?** We won’t have an official photographer, however one of our elves will be happy to take your picture with your own camera or phone, so make sure you bring one along! **Is there a hashtag for the event if I want to post on social media?** Yes. It is #christmasatfenwick if you would like to tag the experience. **What if I need to cancel my ticket?
