Ganni
When husband and wife duo Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup, an art connoisseur and a gallery owner, decided to launch a fashion label in 2000, the result was always going to be something spectacular. Ganni, the Copenhagen-based womenswear brand, transforms wardrobe basics into coveted must-haves, offering workable separates that upgrade your style credentials, as well as of-the-moment party pieces that capture the brand’s vibrant and irreverent DNA.
Closed
Closed was founded by Marithé and François Girbaud in 1978 with the aim of becoming Italy’s premier denim brand, working tirelessly to achieve the mantle with high quality, environmentally-friendly cotton, innovative designs and hand-finished jeans. Under the helm of Til Nadler, Gordon Giers and Hans Redlefsen, the brand now has a full ready-to-wear offering for women's fashion which can be found at both our Bond Street and Newcastle stores, all of which captures Closed’s commitment to understated cool, amped-up off-duty basics and a wearable, versatile wardrobe.
Baum und Pferdgarten
Best friends and creative collaborators Rikke Baumgarten and Helle Hestehave launched their label Baum und Pferdgarten in 1999, when they had just graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Design. Over the years, this brand has garnered a cult following for its trousseau of sartorial staples and avant-garde pieces, which can be mixed-and-matched to create a striking aesthetic, at once high fashion combined with off-duty cool and a good dose of humour. The brand imbues its collections with a playful duality through contrasting prints, clashing colours and unexpected design details.
Tea & Tequila
British friends Sarah Goodwin and Millie Wilson (tea) travelled to Mexico (tequila) and fell in love with the culture, the colour and people. In 2015, the pair launched Tea & Tequila, an accessories brand and ethical project where skilled Mexican artisans handcraft the brand’s range of bags and jewellery while supporting their local communities through the Fundación Haciendas del Mundo Maya. Cross-body and clutch bags are embellished with quirky patterns in sequins and beads, while rings and pendants are decorated with Mexican amethyst and quartz to become kitsch style statements.
