Traditional Italian shortcrust pastry biscuits filled with smooth, indulgent pistachio cream allowing for a perfect balance of flavours. Crumbly, yet melt-in-the-mouth, they are perfect with an espresso or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, pistachio flavoured cream (sugar, vegetable oils 19% and cocoa butter 81%), pistachios 15%, skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), lactose, artificial flavouring (pistachio flavouring), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (milk, pistachio), butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk (egg), maize flour (non-gmo), raising agents: sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch 0,3% salt 0,15% (wheat), salt, vanilla flavouring.
