Vine Fruits (38%) (Sultanas, Raisins, Currants), Apple, BBC Gluten Free Chockwork Beer (6.5%), Non-hydrogenated Vegetable Suet (Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour), Gluten Free Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Glace Cherries (Cherries, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Colour: Fruit and Vegetable Juice Concentrate), Ground ALMONDS, Stem Ginger (Ginger, Sugar), Un-Sulphured Apricots (Apricots, Rice Flour), Dark Muscovado Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses, Colour: Plain Caramel E150a), Brandy (3%), Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Ground Flax Seed, Mixed Spice, Ground Ginger, Nutmeg, Orange Zest, Lemon Zest. May contain sesame and mustard.
To Microwave: These reheat instructions are guidelines only as all microwaves vary. Place film sealed pudding into a microwave and heat on full power for the following times: 750W for 2 minutes and 40 seconds 800W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds 850W for 2 minutes and 20 seconds Leave to stand for 1 minute before removing the film by cutting around inside edge of the basin with a sharp knife. Be careful as pudding and basin will be hot. Remove the film and silicon disc from top of pudding and upturn on to a suitable serving plate. To Steam: Place film sealed pudding into a steamer or saucepan filled to two thirds with boiling water. Steam for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before removing the film by cutting around inside edge of the basin with a sharp knife. Be careful as pudding and basin will be hot. Remove the film and silicon disc from top of pudding and check that the pudding is hot throughout, then upturn on to a suitable serving plate. Serves 4. Once opened, reseal with cling film and store in a refrigerator at 5°c for up to 1 week.
