The olive trees for this certified organic GHORBAN® oil are constantly blown by the salty sea air on the coastal slopes of Scalea in western Calabria. This is where the wild olives of the Coratina, Leccino and Carolea varieties grow, from which this particularly mild organic olive oil of the highest quality - extra virgin - is obtained. In order to obtain the specific aroma of this oil, different proportions of the varieties are combined. For this purpose, the fruits are first ground in a traditional stone mill before the oil is gently extracted cold. Year after year, the consistent premium quality, the delicate olive aroma and the golden yellow color are guaranteed. An unobtrusive, slightly fruity oil for all dishes.
