Using their 'quality first' approach by hand-distilling, this premium whiskey evokes the flavours and style of the show’s post-Edwardian era, made using Harrogate Spring Water that's renowned for its quality, with many of its botanicals obtained from the gardens and Victorian hothouse of the 750-year old Ripley Castle Estate where the craft spirits distillery is based.
