Boasting three spectacular new spaces, book your table to enjoy an alfresco bite on the 123V on Brook Street terrace, a business breakfast inside the refreshing main restaurant, an innovative tasting experience at London’s first fully vegan sushi counter, or an aperitif from our sommelier’s vegan wine and cocktail list.
Breakfast will be available from 9.30am-12pm, and will be a thoroughly health-forward affair featuring cold-pressed juices, fluffy buckwheat pancakes, the obligatory avocado toast, plant-based versions of classic French patisserie, and freshly brewed coffee by cult East London roasters Perky Blenders.
The all day menu is available from 12pm, and will be the first of its kind from Alexis Gauthier, designed to reflect the modern, casual and fun plant-based food enjoyed all over the world. Influences range from a vegan California Cheeseburger and Mexican Quesadilla Verde to broth-laden Budda Bowls and flavour-packed salads.
For a truly memorable experience, our sushi counter offers a tasting experience like no other, showcasing the world’s most exciting development in Asian food. The first fully-vegan sushi bar of its kind in London, chef Tes Ryu combines her classical sushi skillset with a thoroughly modern mindset and cutting-edge ingredients to create dishes that are as different as they are delicious. From marinades and umami to the latest fish substitutes and ﬁnest seasonal vegetables such as asparagus and artichokes, the flavours of each creation are masterfully elevated with clever accompaniments including subtle black trufﬂe, pickled ginger and nori.
