What brands you are excited about bringing to Bracknell?

Lifestyle and Home Décor gifts have been chosen to inspire customers whether they are buying product as a gift or to treat themselves. Candle and Home Fragrance brands include Geodesis (a French brand whose aim is to evoke summer holiday memories throughout the winter through their fragrances), Ralph Lauren Home and Earl of East (an East London company whose aim is four fold: Curate, Create, Collaborate and Community). Silk flowers have been sourced from Amaranthine Blooms, applauded by Vogue and considered by Sarah Raven to be responsible for making “fake flowers become cool again”. Wingfield Digby pressed feather frames are the ultimate interior showstoppers and are complemented by the soft hues of Addison Ross enamel frames and classic sterling silver Carrs frames. Novelty animal ceramics from Quail shoot inquisitive eyes around the department encouraging everyone to follow suit.

A classic meets contemporary range of occasion gifts for Christenings, Weddings and Birthdays includes Merrythought Teddy Bears, Berkshire-based Emma Allington ceramics and winner of the Queen’s awards for enterprise, Merci Maman. Meri Meri and Talking Tables partyware provide the perfect excuse to throw a party.

What Christmas trends should we be looking out for?

Mystical, Forest and Icy lakes are key trends for Christmas 2017. Flying pigs and unicorns will feature, as well as more traditional woodland animals. Retreat Home will provide contemporary elegance through silver tree decorations. Christmas gifting comprises a mix of locally sourced gifts and best kept secrets from further afield: the US, France and the Netherlands. The products I am most excited to see hit the shelves are Apollo Peak’s Catberney and Chardognay, the perfect autumnal tipple for feline and canine family members!

What are you most looking forward to about the new store?

I am excited not only about the expansive light and fluid space in the new store but also the opportunities it offers. Interaction will be integral to the customer experience, with artisans demonstrating and sharing their skills and enthusiasm and Fenwick team members on hand to facilitate the shopping experience.

My goal for the department is to create an exciting assortment of luxury products that have real “edge”. I have curated a collection of home accessories, gifts and Christmas decorations designed to tempt customers and give them real pleasure.
