Jeremy Pang, founder of the School of Wok in Covent Garden, will be joining us for the second time in store this year on Thursday 15 December from 6pm.
Learn how to create classic festive dishes with a Chinese twist! Jeremy will be cooking turkey, carrot and shiitake dumplings, flash fried brussel sprouts in chilli and garlic, and cranberry and stuffing fried rice.
Jeremy will be cooking from 6pm and signing copies of his latest book 'Chinese Unchopped' between 7 - 7.30pm.
