Mushroom Coconut Soup
400 ml coconut milk
200 g button mushrooms
1 Tablespoon boullion powder
2 cloves black Balsajo garlic
120 g butter beans
¼ teaspoon tamari
1 teaspoon tahini
1. Place the coconut milk, cleaned mushrooms, boullion powder, and black garlic into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Press Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 6. Blend for 1 minute.
4. Add the butterbeans, tamari, tahini and cracked pepper.
5. Select Hot Soup program.
6. Press Start and allow the machine to complete programmed cycle.
*If you are using a Vitamix machine that does not have programs, press start and slowly increase to Variable 10. Blend for 5 minutes. Amount Per 240 ml.
