Nothing is more refreshing than a cool beer on a warm day and when it comes to deciding between the myriad of brews available, Wylam Brewery never disappoints. To liven up our repertoire of favourites this summer we’re introducing 4 new varieties to our range: Jakehead IPA, Remain in Light, Nomi Sorachi and Hickey the Rake.

Fruitalicious Tea 100g, £7.50, Jug-a-lot £30,

T2 are about reinventing and reimagining the humble tea leaf. Why not feature servings of icy T2 goodness at your next summer shindig? Simply heat water to the correct temperature for your brew of choice, pour it into your T2 Teamaker and add 2 teaspoons of tea. Infuse for recommended time, then strain over a heatproof glass filled with ice. Hosting a crowd? The T2 2L Jug-a-lot is perfect for creating iced tea for many.

T2 recommend garnishing icy teas with plenty of fresh fruit; everything from lemon and orange wheels, to a handful of blueberries or mango slivers. Some fruity brews sing with a few sprigs of mint, and others will rattle your taste buds with a cinnamon quill or two.

If you like your iced tea strong, simply add a few extra teaspoons.

Mixing it up

Mix your favourite teas together to create new combinations; take a (tea) leaf out of T2’s books and start experimenting.

£3.99 20cl, £9.99 75cl

A classic aperitif, this Bellini cocktail is composed of two parts sparkling wine, one part white peach juice and pulp from select, perfectly ripe peaches and a few drops of wild raspberry. Its natural ingredients are grown in the Venetian countryside; the delicate white peaches are handpicked when fruit is perfectly ripe, so as to maximize concentration of sugar and aromas. Simply chill and serve.

Can’t wait to try it? Join us in store for the launch on Saturday 6 August.
