*Orders placed using our Next Day Delivery service are delivered Tuesday - Friday when ordered by 2pm the previous working day. Where a bank holiday falls, please expect to receive your delivery the following working day.

With immediate effect, we will no longer ask customers to sign our handheld units and instead our drivers will sign it on their behalf. We will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.

With this new process, you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels. This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.

DPD will contact you with a delivery date and time, this also provides the option to change your delivery address or confirm a safe place. They will attempt delivery twice before either returning the parcel to us for a refund or delivering your parcel to a local DPD pick up shop.

Refused/Failed deliveries will be returned to us and a refund will be processed. A new order will need to be placed.

We currently don’t offer international delivery or delivery to Northern Ireland and can only deliver to addresses within mainland UK. We also do not currently deliver to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man – please allow an extra five days for standard delivery. Next Day Delivery is not available for these addresses.

Poor weather conditions could affect delivery times.

If you’re ordering multiple items, these could arrive on different days or from different dispatch locations. But don’t worry, you’ll only be charged one delivery fee.

We do not currently offer same day delivery.

When purchasing large garden furniture products (Outdoor Seating & Tables and BBQ's), please check out as one order and do not combine your order with any other department (i.e. clothing, toys, pantry staples, garden accessories). If you would like to purchase from another department, place your garden furniture order separately.

We are currently only able to deliver to select postcodes; click here to see a map of where we can deliver our garden furniture range. We are unable to deliver to: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and certain areas of Scotland and Wales.

At checkout when entering your postal address, if you are unable to see a delivery method, unfortunately, this means you aren't currently in our delivery area at this time. We are working on expanding our garden furniture delivery area in the future.

All Garden, Nursery and Indoor furniture will be delivered by DX to a room of your choice (up to 2nd floor).

During the current climate, we have ensured that we can carry out home deliveries safely. Working with our delivery specialists, we are currently offering a home delivery to the room of your choice. They will be provided with PPE and hand sanitiser whilst regular cleaning of the vans and equipment will be carried out.

To ensure that deliveries are entirely non-contact, we ask that one hour before the scheduled delivery time customers open windows in the room where the order will be placed and along the access route to the room. We also request that you either stand outside your home while our delivery specialists are inside or maintain at least a 2-metre distance from each member of the delivery team.

Most importantly, we ask that you confirm that neither you nor anyone in your household has any of the symptoms of COVID-19 listed on the NHS website.

If you prefer, we can deliver your order to your doorstep instead. In this case, it's likely that your order will require two people to lift and carry it into your home along with some self-assembly and disposal of packaging.

Please note that we will not be able to collect or dispose of old, unwanted furniture.

When purchasing large home furniture (including Barker & Stonehouse, Timothy Oulton, Pure Furniture and Ercol) please note that there is a fixed delivery charge of £29.00.

Your items should be delivered within 10 working days of that item coming into stock.

The delivery times we provide are given in good faith but there are some out of area postcodes where delivery may take a little longer. You can be sure that if this happens, we’ll be working hard to put things right as quickly as possible. Postcodes outside UK mainland are not eligible for delivery at this time.

When purchasing Dar Lighting, please note that there is a fixed delivery charge of £7.99 for standard items. For larger items requiring two-person assistance, there is a fixed delivery charge of £60.

All bespoke furniture that has been ordered to your individual design, requirements, measurements and/or specification cannot be returned or refunded, except where the bespoke furniture is not in accordance with your statutory rights.

Once an order for bespoke furniture has been placed, you have 48 hours from the time of making your order to submit a cancellation request, either via email to customerservice@fenwick.co.uk or via telephone on 0800 783 1783, in order to successfully cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If you place your order on a weekend, you will have 48 hours from 00:01 GMT of the following working day (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) to submit a cancellation request. Once an order for bespoke furniture is in production, any cancellation will result in forfeiting your deposit.

Heal’s orders of furniture and other bulky items are delivered using their specialist two-man service and there is a fixed £79.00 fee.

When your order is available to deliver (i.e., after it has been made to order – please do review delivery lead times) Heal’s delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient date. In most cases they will offer you a date within 14 days. Please note that this applies to deliveries to UK mainland postcodes only.

Please note that lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from Heal’s suppliers at the time of purchase. Where any delay occurs Heal’s will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.
