We currently don’t offer international delivery, and can only deliver to addresses to within the UK. We also do not currently deliver to Jersey and Guernsey or BFPO addresses. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man – please allow an extra five days for standard delivery.
Poor weather conditions could affect delivery times.
If you’re ordering multiple items, these could arrive on different days or from different couriers. But don’t worry, you’ll only be charged one delivery fee.

Visit collectplus.co.uk/fenwick to find your nearest CollectPlus location. When your order is ready to collect you will receive an email with a unique barcode. Bring this with you, along with a form of ID.
You order will be held for 10 days, if you’re unable to collect it within this time, your purchase will be returned to Fenwick and a refund will be issued within 14 days of it being received back at Fenwick.

CollectPlus will not be an option for large or heavy items – and these items will need to be ordered through our standard delivery routes.
