1. Promoter
The Promoter of this prize draw is Fenwick Limited, a company duly registered in England and Wales with
company number 052411 and having its registered office at Elswick Court, Northumberland Street,
Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 1AR (the “Promoter”).

2. Prize
2.1. The two (2) winners of the prize draw will each receive one (1) NUFC Men’s (Adidas 2024/25 season)
Home Shirt, signed by players in NUFC Men’s First Team Squad (such players from the Men’s First Team
Squad and the number of signatures shall be at NUFC’s sole discretion) (the “Prize”). The Prize is subject
to change at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
2.2. The Prize for the winner is non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative
is offered.
2.3. The Prize is supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an
alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it
necessary to do so.

3. Eligibility
3.1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and
NUFC (including, both their holding or subsidiary companies and employees of concessions), their
families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3.2. By entering the prize draw, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to require participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter
the prize draw.

4. Entry
4.1. To submit a valid entry, entrants must make a single transaction spend of fifty pounds (£50) or more on
products solely from the NUFC pop-up in the Fenwick Newcastle store (located on the Lower Ground
floor) (the “Qualifying Spend”) and accurately and fully complete the Prize Draw Data Capture Form
provided by colleagues working on the NUFC pop-up and hand this in to a colleague on the NUFC popup at the point of transaction, between the Opening Date and the Closing Date, as set out in clause 5
below. Entrants are responsible for providing a correct and accurate email address and ensuring it is free
from typos when populating and submitting the Prize Draw Data Capture Form.
4.2. The Qualifying Spend may consist of one product worth £50 or more, or multiple products equalling a
combined total of £50 or more.
4.3. Each Qualifying Spend entitles the customer to make another entry into this prize draw.
4.4. Entries will only be valid if entrants have not returned products that reduce their single transaction spend
below the £50 threshold required to qualify for this prize draw.

5. Time and dates of entry
The opening date for entries is 09:00 GMT on Monday 12 May 2025 (the “Opening Date”). The closing
date of the prize draw is 17:00 GMT on Sunday 18 May 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after
this time will not be accepted or considered.

6. Selecting the winner
6.1. Two (2) winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process, as detailed in
condition 6.2 below.
6.2. All entries will be collated into a Fenwick controlled spreadsheet, which will be reviewed by a Fenwick
colleague who will manually filter out and remove incomplete or void entries. Each valid entry will then
be manually allocated a number, these numbers will be entered into a random number generator which
will then be used to select the winners on 19 May 2025 (the “Draw Date”)

7. Notification of the winner
7.1. The winners will be notified by the Promoter via email, using the email address provided by the entrant
on the Prize Draw Data Capture Form, by 23:59 GMT on 20 May 2025. Please note that the winner will
only be notified from a colleague of the Promotor from an official ‘@fenwick.co.uk’ email address.
7.2. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took
place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize
winners to anyone who emails rebeccaunderwood@fenwick.co.uk within one month after the closing
date stated in condition 6.1. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being
published or made available, please email rebeccaunderwood@fenwick.co.uk. In such circumstances,
the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority
(ASA) on request

8. Receiving / collecting the Prize
8.1. Winners may collect the Prize from the Fenwick Newcastle store (during usual opening times, further
details of which can be found at Store Locator | Fenwick), or may have it posted to their home address
(if provided to the Promoter via email when notified they are a winner). Entrants are responsible for
providing correct and accurate email addresses, ensuring they are free from typos. Entrants are
responsible for checking all email folders, including their spam folder. For the avoidance of doubt,
providing an email address in the Prize Draw Data Capture Form does not constitute consent to receive
digital marketing from the Promoter.
8.2. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on a winner’s behalf.
8.3. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter confirming how they would like to collect the Prize within
7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be
entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The new winner
would be required to respond to the Promotor in accordance with this condition 8.

9. Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to
compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the winners
taking up the Prize. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected.

10. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the
Promoter's Privacy Policy | Fenwick. See also condition 7.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. General
11.1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered into about it.
11.2. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon
entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach
of these terms and conditions.
11.3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it
becomes necessary to do so.
11.4. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this
