Placing an Order

Fenwick is just starting out on its online shopping journey, which means that we don’t have all our products online – yet. We are working on this, but in the meantime we’ve chosen some of our favourite items from our favourite brands for you to buy. You can search using the search bar, or use the department navigation to see what we have on our virtual shelves. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact our Customer Service team, and do please keep checking back as we’ll be adding more products soon.

Setting up an account with us, means that you can check on your orders and access your details whenever you want. But if that isn’t quite right for you, then we offer guest checkout, or you can checkout using your Gmail or Facebook account. If you’re a Paypal user you can take advantage of our express checkout options.

You can pay at Fenwick.co.uk using PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Delta cards. Paypal users can also take advantage of our express checkout options – which means you just click these options in your basket and you can checkout without setting up an account. Please note that if you wish to take advantage of our Next Day delivery option and use PayPal to pay, then you need to continue through the main checkout process – we can only offer standard delivery through the express PayPal checkout.

Currently you can’t use Fenwick gift cards to pay for items online, but you can use your gift card in any Fenwick store including Bentalls, Kingston.

If you set up or sign in using your Fenwick account then you can check your order at any time in the ‘My Orders’ section onsite. If you use express, guest, or social sign in checkouts then you will not be able to look up your orders. But you will receive emails from Fenwick on the status of your order, and once your order is despatched we will send you a tracking link.

Your order will arrive in a fully recyclable box, you won’t find the Fenwick logo on the outside of your box as we want to make sure it stays nice and secure, but inside you’ll be treated to the Fenwick branding, your products will be wrapped in Fenwick designed tissue paper and fully recyclable padding for fragile items. Your despatch note, and free returns label will also be included in your parcel.

Please call our Customer Service team on 0800 783 1783 as soon as you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already been sent to our packing team, or out to our courier it might not be possible to cancel it. But please note we offer free returns, so you can post it straight back to us.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, your order may not have gone through successfully. Please email us at customerservice@fenwick.co.uk and we will look in to this for you straight away.

As soon as your order has been despatched you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your DPD tracking number, so you can keep track of your delivery.

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the ‘TRACK YOUR ORDER’ link in you shipping confirmation email.
