Dispense 2 pumps onto cotton wool and sweep over clean skin, am or pm, avoiding the eye area. Always use a broad-spectrum UVA and UVB sunscreen after use. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with cold water. For external use only.
