NEW! Love Bite is a versatile chilled red from the New Theory boys. Picked from an old-block overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Love Bite is a fresh beaujolais-style Cinsault from the Stellenbosch area. These old-vines create a healthy concentration of red fruits, soft tannins, and an overall super-smashable wine. Chill down for 30mins before drinking for max fruit! New Theory (previously Nouveau) is the brainchild of Thom and Charles Bradley who set the project up to work with South African winemakers to choose the best fruit possible and produce fresh expressions of low–intervention wine. For them, it's all about craft with all the pairs wines being small-batch, so they can continue to experiment and make interesting juice.
